Usually this location is on point. The last couple of times I’ve ordered this was not the case. There is no way my BLTA should have one tiny piece of avocado on it. This has happened at least the last 2 times I’ve ordered and that’s a big reason I order the sandwich. Very disappointing.

I ordered two tuna subs and a veggi sub for our daughter. The tuna was dry, honestly seemed like they just threw a cannon some bread. The veggie sub was not a veggie sub is was a mushroom melt. My daughter does not even eat mushrooms so maybe if that was one of the vegetables on the sub I would understand, but a mushroom melt is not a veggie sub. Thumbs down completely will not be ordering form here again.

I ordered ubereats from this location, and I can see they can care less about those orders because they just gave me anything. I asked for turkey with cheddar and bacon with other topping. Did they do that for me no. Which irks me because Im at work and not like I can go up there and correct them. When they should have had it correct the first time. This location has poor customer service

Walked in to order a strawberry milkshake. Order was taken immediately and milkshake was made within minutes. It was such a fast transaction which I appreciated! Friendly & fast service. Will definitely return!

I come into Pot Belly often & was just there yesterday. The food is good but I don't like how some of the employees treat other employees. There are 2 African American women who work there I believe one of them may be a manager and the other I've seen do various jobs. I have seen them both talk down to this younger dark hair girl that makes the sandwiches as soon as they come out. This younger girl is always very nice and polite. Yesterday when I was in there. I witnessed The younger girl asking the coworker something about one of the sandwiches and the lady with the red hair came back with a very snotty and rude comment. I felt very embarrassed for the younger girl. I've witnessed this also by another woman who I believe is the manager who totally just disrespected this younger girl. Nobody deserves to be talked that way, at least not in front of the public if there is an issue, talk to them Privately. If I see this again, I may just call out that person while standing in the store For treating her that way.C.P

Sandwiches are pretty good. Ingredients are pretty fresh and condiments are plentiful and tasty. Service is poor. This was the first time I walked out without ordering anything. Maybe I'll give it another try some day.

My wife and I attempted to eat there last night. No cars at all in the lot, didn't think they were open. Went in and stood at the counter for 3 minutes. Not 1 of the 3 people behind the counter even acknowledged our presence. As we stood there. No hi, we'll be with you in a minute, nothing. Obviously they had call in orders, but you think the woman standing in front of us making a sandwich would of said something. But we weren't even acknowledged, so, I'll have to be starving and they, the only place open before I go back.
