I went in two consecutive days to get a turkey on whole grain. The sandwich maker recognized me from the day before. She was very nice. Polite and I asked her to make the same exact sub as the day before. I don’t know her name but she was African American. She was awesome. Food and the chili great too. Thanks for not making the sub sloppy and I will be back for sure

We were in the potbelly on Michigan Ave in Dearborn and have never had the worst service than we had today. The employees were more concerned about having a private conversation than helping the customers. I know that it was a private conversation because I could hear what they were saying.we also ordered soup and it was cold. When I called the store directly the woman sounded like she didn't care and when I was don't her only comment was is that all. Very disappointing...
