We were in the potbelly on Michigan Ave in Dearborn and have never had the worst service than we had today. The employees were more concerned about having a private conversation than helping the customers. I know that it was a private conversation because I could hear what they were saying.we also ordered soup and it was cold. When I called the store directly the woman sounded like she didn't care and when I was don't her only comment was is that all. Very disappointing...

My first visit to Potbelly’s in Dearborn was disappointing — the food was poorly made and not enjoyable. However, I decided to give them a second chance, and I’m glad I did. The food was fresh, made exactly how I asked, and absolutely delicious. The customer service was also excellent. I’ll definitely be returning!

I visit this location about 3 times a week for lunch since it’s near my job. They are always so friendly. The young lady who makes the sandwiches Devin is a sweetheart, she greets you immediately when you walk in and holds friendly conversation with you.. Also she knows my order by heart and when she sees me it’s always “ the usual? I got you go to the register you’re all set” I love it here
