Adam was so kind and accommodating. We are visiting from Grand Rapids and we’re looking for an easy place to eat. The food came out in a timely manner and Adam brought it straight to our table. He also provided a multitude of napkins for us. Thank you prime eatery!
Walked in and place was packed, normal at 1 am. A customer was upset cuz his food took 5 mins longer and was yelling at the worker but she stayed very respectful and handled it professionally.Places that are working on 30 tickets at a time are usually at least 30 mins behind on orders but the chefs were working very hard in the back.
Please when you walk into a place and it is busy and they are late a few minutes on your order understand that they are not targeting...
