We have been ordering Shatila baklava for the past 15 years for all our special occasions. Unfortunately something has changed and the quality is not what it used to be. The baklava doesnt taste like it used to and is not as crunchy/fresh. Please go back to the way you were making it before, it truly was the best baklava.

Always loved Shatila’s pastries and baklava but something had changed the past couple of years. All the trays I bought lately were dry and flavorless. Please fix this issue! Not sure if the issue is selling old pastries beyond their freshness or not being made correctly! Hoping you bring back the fresh tasty flavors that we were always used to!
