I honestly am so disappointed with this place. I have been coming here for years and ordering the same dish every time. the past couple times i have been ordering my foods they keep messing it up, not getting my order right. i called them and tried to explain what happened. the guy was so rude over the phone.

The older female server, seemed as if she was having a bad day. When asked for more ranch she advised us there is already ranch on the table. (As if we cant see that) and the overall demeanour of this server throughout the session wasn't the friendliest. The food was edible and not bad, however not amazing. the other issues i had was the dirty windows that almost ruined my appetite, and the sardine fish smelling bathrooms they have. When the time came to pay, on the receipt there was a gratuity charge, mind you we are only 3 ppl, so what is the gratuity fee for. From my experience gratuity is added when you are a large group (usually 6 or more). Overall i left knowing i will not be coming back. There are plenty of other places in the area that are more professional and taste better

We ordered the steak which was like $35And the steak sub.I ordered the steak medium rare and it was well done and dry as ever. I showed them and they agree that it was well done but said that they couldn't do anything about it.The steak sub bread was extremely hard and inedible and they took it off the bill.The veggies and mashed potatoes were the only things that were edible.The waitress was nice and the ambience was nice. Unfortunately we won't be going again though.
