I’ve been here a few times hoping it would improve, but it hasn’t. One of the staff (short, ponytail, long nails) is consistently rude and unprofessional. The ice cream is overpriced for what you get, and the outdoor seating is always dirty with bugs flying around. Definitely not coming back.

love custard company but the quality has gone down significantly over the years. since i've started going six years ago, i've noticed that the amount of custard that you get has decreased. one thing that has really gotten on my nerves recently has been the dubai sundae. when it originally came out, it was decently priced and you got a LOT. now its in a small cup for $9? and there's barely any custard? we come here every sunday but its starting to not be worth it.

Amazing place! I loved my Dubai strawberry cup. Nice staff, too. Parking can be a bit tricky, but spots open up eventually. Great place for some good custard!

I had the turtle and there was too much chocolate at the bottom. I also asked for extra nuts. I did get them but should have specified only on the icecream. A lot of the extra nuts were mixed in the chocolate.
Update your prices they are inaccurate, it's a TV screen no reason for it to be wrong prices.
Love that it's in the neighborhood. Lots of yummy things to choose from. Has outdoor seating. Employees are always helpful and friendly.
Had a long black hair in my custard and my daughters order was wrong.
Lameise went above and beyond to help us out when her co-worker was trying to be rude. We appreciated it greatly
