Sometimes, Tim Hortons gets pretty busy which makes it frustrating for us to wait. However, Mariam approaches customers with a very welcoming smile which makes the service more satisfying for us, encouraging us to come again!! Good service!👍🏻👍🏻

I live across the street from dunkin donuts and I drive to Tim Hortons. The drive thru people are so friendly and helpful with zero attitude..I can't say that about dunkin donuts..they are rude, constantly forgetting to put sugar in my coffee then get an attitude when you tell them they forgot it!! No more dunkin for me, now I'm strictly a Tim Hortons guy. Keep up the good and friendly work guys!

Just look at the lines and how fast they move. They handle a lot of orders quickly and courteous. People actually sit in the dining area and talk and work because it's a decent place.
