May 17th was my 1st ever experience having Cold Stone. My husband & I had ice cream in a waffle cone. He bought it out to the truck & it was stale (The ice cream was good). He went back in & cashiers told him nothing could be done because he took the product outside. I took our receipt & went inside to speak to the manager. I told her what was going on & asked her 3 times to taste the waffle cones that she said was made the day before. She refused. She agree to give us a medium...read full review
Bad And Stale Waffle Cones, And Didn't Want To Give Me My Money Back. Had To Send My Wife In There To Resolve The Issues. Definitely Not A Place To Take Your Family For Ice Cream.
