I'll start by saying the coffee here is usually very good, however the customer service is where they lack. The manager asked me before reaching the register what I wanted, just to tell me almost 5mins later after the transaction was complete, and my free coffee points where lost for good, that they didn't have anymore Dark Roast, and wouldn't be making anymore. To say that I was pissed off is an understatement. I had to go to Ford Rd. Location just to get Dark...

Order the caramel iced capp with whipped cream and caramel swirl on the whipped cream and an iced coffee double triple. It turned out to be very delicious and I'll definitely be back. Customer service was A+?
