Yemen Kitchen (MAZA) is an incredible and great restaurant. The food is amazing, fresh, delicious, flavorful, and made with real care. Specific dishes are outstanding: the rice and beans are amazing, especially the beans, which are to die for with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The chicken is mouthwatering good, with crunchy and crispy skin and delicious aromatic seasonings. The vegetables are cooked to perfection. The complimentary kaava is really good. The aroma of the food, like from the breakfast, is wonderfully fragrant.
The service is excellent, friendly, welcoming, and the best. The staff are kind and helpful, making guests feel at home. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and so clean. The restaurant also offers fantastic and excellent catering services for parties, events, or special occasions. Their catering is professional, on time, highly reliable, and the food quality is always impressive, matching the dine-in experience.
It is a favorite spot and a gem. The experience is incredible, satisfying, and can recreate memories. It is highly recommended.
