I finally got my Honduran breakfast, and it was outstanding! Scrambled eggs, sweet plantains, refried beans (Central American red beans), a slice of soft cheese, and Honduran crema. Also got a bean, cheese and jalapeño pupusa which is served with curtido and their homemade salsa. And had some fantastic Honduran coffee. All fantastic! Phenomenal lunch! My experience the last time was not very pleasant when taking the order they offered you something to drink we had been waiting for more than 15 minutes for the drink and neither the food nor the drink arrived I chose to get up and leave.I understand that since there is new staff in the kitchen, I must go to see if I improve!
