Good grub, great service, wide range of drink options; no putting your name in to wait a long time for a table, instead you get in line to order and pay as well for your drinks and food, and one from the team will bring your food to you at your table.

Good food and refreshing concept, the only issue is how long the line tends to be.

The Experience is Different And Creative and Great Food Too!

I was a hugeee fan of Avalon - fought traffic & paid for parking to order lunch. It took quite a while to make at a time when the restaurant wasn’t busy … all of this only to receive a burnt/inedible meal. What a disappointment. People work hard for their money and expect quality every single time… it’s tough for the lunch crowd because we want to support local but the quality decline happening almost everywhere has made it not worth the risk.

Carrot cake is offensively sugary, dense and dry. Just horrible.

The parmesan bagel was delicious and I ordered a seasonal coffee. The restaurant is clean, quiet, and everyone is friendly. Worth checking out if you're in the area and in the mood for some baked goods.

Great food, great iced coffee, fast service, cozy atmosphere. Couldn’t really ask for much more. Only input I could really offer is to have easier to follow directions for lines, people can start lines anywhere & and up cutting eachother off when a crowd forms.

One of my favorite brunch spots in Detroit! The food is delicious and their lattes are unique and scrumptious. I wish there was a cafe like this by where I lived. I’d visit just about every day!

Very delicious oat meal and coffee. Service was a bit slow but very friendly. Adding this to my list of breakfast spots in Detroit.

Stopped in twice for breakfast. Was thrilled they offered gluten free breakfast sandwiches - absolutely delicious.

Used to be a very nice bakery. Now only muffins and bagels. Breakfast is still pretty good but overall in decline since Covid. Too bad. Staff are friendly and all but a default 18% tip for handing me my order. Sorry. I don’t agree with that.
