Love the vibe. Enjoyed my traditional Macchiato with chocolate (what’s the difference with mocha lol). The staff was super nice, sat at the bar table and enjoyed doing work with mellow music in bg.

Creative seasonal drinks that are delicious. Staff is hella friendly and food is better than 95%* of other coffee shops. Every time I leave downtown, I’m stopping here. *that 5% are those high end spots where you pay $20+ for a breakfast bagel that is fire but not $20 fire

Awake cafe has been a favorite of mine for years. The manager John has been an incredible testament of the business leadership here. The staff provides exceptional customer service, drinks are great. I highly recommend this as a go-to spot for a fresh cup.
Don’t consider coffee as food that’s why the five stars for food, the sandwich was delicious but the cortado was a little meh, maybe I was expecting a lot based on previous reviews. I heard someone say their iced lattes are delicious so perhaps I should have opted for that. Otherwise, really awesome place to hang out, get some work done or just read a book. The staff were very nice too.
