Absolutely wonderful experience. Service was prompt and friendly, and the location and atmosphere were both really great. Lovely building with a laid-back feel. And the food was exceptional. My mom got the intore eggplant stew, which was savory and hearty, and wonderfully prepared. They allowed her to get half-sizes of the 2 rice options (spices pilau and coconut rice) as well as the peanut stewed spinach and the yellow beans, and a generous serving of fried plantains. My absolute favorite type of food to eat, and the fact that the food is Halal is a great bonus. The staff is great and even the Owners have come out to greet us and check how we like the food. The food is very flavorful and such a burst of culture.
This is by far one of the best East African cuisines i have had the pleasure of having . Everything was fresh and just as the menu suggested. The server Cherry was gracious and very attentive. The manager Rob offered every solution for me and my allergies 🤧. I was more than pleased
