Waited over 35 mins minutes for a table of 4 while there were no less than 15 empty tables.
After waiting 90 minutes or more for our food in a now almost empty restaurant - only to receive a sub par burger.
When we asked on how much longer for our food we were told “well you could just pay for your drinks and leave”!!!
No apologies. Couldn’t speak to a manager.
And yet there was a mandatory 18% tip!
Do yourself a favor…skip this place!
Infested with rats very dirty unfriendly environment rats as big as cats
Foods good but they add 15% gratuity on top of horrible service. I just left after waiting almost an hour for 2 burgers and fries and there wasn’t an excuse cuz they were pretty dead. Won’t be back again. Maybe the Farmington location is better
