Watch your Debit Cards! Used mine at Bar and ATM only! Ended up with a $27.00 online gambling charge! I never noticed will I ever utilize on line gaming! Contacted MGM and they want to blow it off. Happened in their casino and their site! You would think they would be interested? Nope just a cash grab! Thieves!

Be VERY careful with getting credit with this casino. The cage manager, Shelia, will cash repayments checks early (taking food out of your mouth), ghost communications, and try to embarrass you in front of staff. A childish coward who clearly can’t handle her business or is too ignorant to know how to conduct business in the first place. Instead of responding to my email or calling, she involved marketing to turn off all my perks even though my check bounced because SHE didn’t read the note ask the check not be cashed until 2.14. (The check was also dated 2/14/2025.) The lack of professionalism and disrespect I’ve received (even as a Platinum member) is beyond unacceptable. I won’t be stepping foot back in MGM until I’m given an apology and things are corrected. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I was there on a Sunday night and there were only 1 or 2 people in the Sports Lounge so I sat down to watch a few games and relax, as I had done many times in the past. (I had lost a few hundred dollars on some table games and I just wanted a little break.)

This female waitress then came up to me and told me I had to leave if I didn't spend $ 50 on food and drinks!! Are you kidding me?? There was hardly anyone in the lounge (which I told her) and I had just lost all that money in their casino and they weren't going to let me sit down and relax and watch a few games!!

Motor City Casino let's you watch games in their Sports Lounge anytime you want for FREE and if MGM Grand Casino in Detroit doesn't soon smarten up, they will lose a lot of their business to other casinos in the area!! 👎👎

Wish I could give a zero star the worst app ever you can't when no money i been playing on here for at least 3yrs and won a small jack pot one time and I think they give u a small jack pit so you can keep coming back but I'm done they have definitely took alot of money from me. The slots have a lot of 10 cent and 20cent 30cent wins if it wasn't for them super tiny wins u wouldn't win nothing sad

While visiting Michigan, I decided to play a little online blackjack. After winning, they did not process the withdrawal after their 3-5 business days processing time/internal review. They request a multitude of documents containing tons of sensitive information which is worrisome due to the fact that they’ve been hacked multiple times. Against my better judgement, submitted all the documents over a week ago. No resolution, just the same “we’re escalating this, give us 24-72 hour” bs. Please use this as advice to AVOID this headache.

Be very careful with this site, they are easy to take your card, but they hate it you removing it. Now to remove it they ask for partial numbers and then they message you again asking for the full card... they are getting outrageous and greedy... I'm livid!!

I use bet mgm online, I used to like the service, but they do not care for their customers, and their rewards program is borderline predatory, if you are online go with anybody else.

The app is a rip off. They say the jackpots are always growing. Yeah that's because no one wins.

The Bet MGM app is the absolute worst betting app on the market. Every other site like DraftKings, Bet Rivers, Barstool sports,Fanduel allow you to take however, many players under the same game parlay MGM does not they will lock you out even if the odds are in their favor so you cannot really bet anything you want. Also, it does not give you a cash out option when you’re under the same game parlay, which is pathetic compared to all other sites allow this.

Bet mgm is trash, Promos suck. Only promos are for free spins on games that are rigged to not pay out anything, I have literally not won a penny in over a year. These are the only “prizes they give away on their stupid “promos”
