My coffee was great I luv Biggby coffee. My experience with the staff was unpleasant the smacking of the lips when asking a question, rolling of eyes and when I Apologized for forgetting to ask something the smart comment OhMyGod this is ridiculous was very rude. I apologized again but didn't seem like she cared. I have worked in fast food for 10+ years. If you don't like dealing with customers in the morningor any time do not work for the retail industry. Service was fast it took me like 3-5 mins staff are ok but handling food with long acrylic nails with arts is a health hazard issue since this coffee shop is located inside the hospital and customers are like doctors, health staff and people relatives visiting the hospital. Please you can do better Biggby!!! Your coffee is one of my fav. I’m not going back there unless I see the staff nails are short and neat.
