they are always good, just messed up the order that was called in. only had half the order, so had to wait for 15 minutes while the second half was made so that food got cold while I waited for the new order. Didn't offer to remake the entire order either, acted like I made the wrong order when I ordered 2 6 packs with Fry's, feeding the crew at work, I'm gonna take a cold one though, so that's 5 other cold ones.lol great food though, check it out, just double...

I work Downtown & come to this location often and while the food is good, the takeout service is poor. Every time I come to the counter there always staff leaning on the counter, texting or scrolling their phone and then they don't even acknowledge you. They just look at you and wait for you to speak first. They aren't mean but their not welcoming either. Management please work on this with your staff with this matter.

Very spacious, nice servers and the food was good. One of the issues I have had with some Bucharest grills is they put way too much grease on the food but this wasn't too bad. My cousin likes to get the shawarma and empty the contents onto his fries and then eat the bread separately. I thought that was pretty interesting.
