Food is great! We have been here twice (we are from out of town) and for some reason each time we had issues/inconsistencies with customer service. This most recent time, we called prior to arriving because we had a group of 9 (including 5 hungry kids) so wanted a rough idea as to the wait time. I ordered a carry out order for my family joining us for dinner over the phone. Was placed on a brief hold but shortly after a gentlemen answered the phone and took my order. We were there on a nice chill Monday evening, as tourists. Our server was friendly and helpful. We had a window seat for a great view of people passing by. The pizza came out hot and delicious. It's a great place to try a yummy slice of Detroit style pizza. We used the people mover to get here so that was convenient.
