That assistant manager there is so unprofessional. It's very clear she does not like her job. Nasty attitude to customers and the employees. I'm not a fan of fast food but I was so hungry needless to say my appetite was ruined so that whopper I was treating myself to went in the garbage right in front of the station. Never again! Might I add after getting Panera then returning to my meeting in cafe 20 minutes later she was getting cursed out by a customer. Sad but true! 😊👍

I had a special order. Had a junior whopper, add cheese and bacon. They added cheese with no bacon. Try to call ten times in a row.No one never asked the phone

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tati at the Burger King at the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit! We came in just two minutes before closing, and she treated us with such kindness and professionalism. She didn’t make us feel rushed or unwelcome, even though it was so close to closing time. She was incredibly sweet to my kids and ensured our order was perfect. Her cheerful attitude and exceptional service made our visit a great experience. Thank you, Tati, for going above and beyond! We truly appreciated it!

Came for a pick up order. Never once greeted or helped. Blatantly ignored when i politely asked for assistance. Pick up orders were in front so i figured we could just pick up the order. I looked into see if everything was in there and the lady had an attitude took the bag and told me don't look in the bags. We exchange words about how pick up directions are not clear, the bags are out in the open UNDER A PICK UP ORDER SIGN and how would i know what to do especially when i was ignored for assistance. She says some slick remarks spills the cup of water and some splashes on me. Shows no remorse doesn't say sorry or anything. The manager comes over and basically says he's sorry on behalf of her but what do i want him to do about it. Not sure who wouldn't be upset about a worker spilling water on a customer without remorse but Clearly the whole place is a shitshow. I cancelled the order and left.

Great, with one exception, the darked haired hispanic lady at the front counter is rude and should be taught the importance of good customer service. I had to report her to the manager for being extremely rude after she made a gross error. She is not as efficient as she thinks! Actually, she should work in the back where she doesn't have to interact with the customers.

I am at the RenCen frequently and have found that this location is one of the better Burger Kings around. The food is really prepared well, so much better than your typical location. The ladies who work the counter provide terrific service. So happy that this location still exists after weathering the pandemic! Try the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant -- delicious!

Food great. There hospitality and attitudes are not. Refuse to get customer silvaware is not something a restaurant does. They are supposed to provide those items why eat there in you don't have silverware Would recommend better service if you want customers. It get you far with a little bit if respect hatred and disrespect will never get you anywhere in businesses.
