I called in my order at 8pm on July 14th. I still hadn’t received my food by 9:40pm and was told I couldn’t get a refund because the chicken was cooking. The chicken been cooking since 8pm - yeah right. Management trash. Front counter and cooks unprofessional. It was terrible. A mother who walked there , ordered before me , never received her food. She asked for a refund and was denied as well…. It’s after 9:30 by now. This is completely unacceptable & unprofessional.

Disgusting dirty pathetic and pitiful Food was nasty don’t ever go there and accept EBT don’t take EBT orders over the phone though so don’t waste your time

Poor hospitality then when I told her I'd like a refund they told me they don't do refunds specially when I had the receipt right there as I was placing the order Captain Jay's more like Captain Jay's I'll nv give them my business again not only am I hurt about my waiting for my food but took 15-20 mins

This is the worst store in history. The managers is horrible and the crew is horrible. I called my order in and patiently waited in the lobby n still waiting in the lobby as I type this. I didn't receive any compensation for my order and they was dropping chicken on the floor the manager was eating the chicken out the pan just horrible and when I asked for my food the little nasty a manager on shift was rude and wanted to argue with me and so did the cook. Ive worked at plenty establishment and know how to treat a customer and how to get the customers in an out they are very very disrespectful and inconsiderate and they hold it money and food hostage!!!! DONT EVVVVVVEEERRRRR EAT HERE.

The chicken had to be sitting out for a while. When I finished my fish I looked at the chicken and I ate a piece to see If I was tripping and I wasn't. Now my stomach hurts.

I worked at this location to clean their kitchen hoods. Very disgusting fish pieces left in the display ice and chicken left everywhere over night. Also ordered from here and got uncooked chicken.

Food was good. Good customer service fast with your food it be nice and hot love how it's in the same complex as the nail salon. And the Chinese food place. Will be coming back soon and it's good in the neighborhood when you live right around the corner or further down Grand River

The lady who took my order/cashier was very sweet. I ordered a 10 piece LG combo shrimp & I only got about 15 fries if that also my shrimp was not LG & was over cooked I was very disappointed ?

The last time I went to this location it was TRASH!!! But I gave it another try and I must admit I was delicious, fresh, hot, and the worker name was Lj and she promised from now on this is how visits will be. So now I am back as a regular!
