So I’m just now adding my review/shoutout after a few weeks now. However Charley’s on E Warren location in Detroit is by far some of the best service I’ve seen in these day and age. The manager or lead not sure his position but Barry was awesome the way he moved through the store and handle the food was 5 star service and I appreciate him so much. The food is absolutely delicious everything is fresh they cook it in front of you not unless you order it ahead of time and the staff is very cordial very knowledgeable about the menu and the strawberry shakes are the best. Please come try this strawberry shakes and tell them Linda sent you Thank you I'm leaving
It was a Sunday last time I went & they were Very Busy. We still received good service, but the people waiting were not delightful. Why does everyone think they have to be so tough & savage? A smile or opening a door for someone goes a long way. This doesn't reflect Charley's personnel, just the customers!
