I didn’t catch his name but about 10 mins of us being there another gentleman showed up to help him and he was also awesome as well.. he came in and seemed irritated a little bit but that’s very understandable due to the circumstances, did offer to give us a refill on our drinks so that was nice :) . I just want to give a big shout out to Marty, he was very helpful and encouraging during this hard time. I love how they always make the food fresh & it's always delicious! Thanks again, you guys keep up the great work!! I really appreciate good customer service ☺
So I’m just now adding my review/shoutout after a few weeks now. However Charley’s on E Warren location in Detroit is by far some of the best service I’ve seen in these day and age. The manager or lead not sure his position but Barry was awesome the way he moved through the store and handle the food was 5 star service and I appreciate him so much. One of my biggest things about fast food is cleanest and he is the right person for the job. Thank you...
