I love Checkers fries. All I ordered was a large fry. I got half a mile down the road, took my fries out the bag and this was it. REALLY! Where are the rest of my fries? I know there's supposed to be a potato shortage, but surely I can expect better than this! If you are going to reduce the quantity, reduce the price. No time to return because I would have.

The Checkers on Warren and Woodward in Detroit, is probably one of the best in the country!!! The service is phenomenal and very friendly ! I have developed quite a rapore with the employees, ( like so many other regular customers) and my orders are usually filled at record speed! Despite the typical somewhat generic design of this Checkers restaurant, it manages to have a very homie feeling to it! And after all it's wonderful to have a restaurant where everybody knows your name!!! This Checkers also sells the very rare and elusive Checkers Chile, which is one of the best kept secrets in the restaurant industry!!! In fact I would put this Chile up against anybody's Chile!!! Mind you not every Checkers sells Chile, and the ones who do sell it, usually don't even post it on the MENU!!! This means you have to personally ask for it!!! (Because the knowledge of it, is like a word of mouth sort of thing!) There was once a lady from the suburbs ordering this Great Checkers Chile in front of me, and I exclaimed Oh! You must know about It! And she said oh yes! She later went on to say that the Checkers where she lives doesn't sell it, and she literally drives miles to get to our beloved Checkers on Warren and Woodward just to get their incredible Chile!!! I know there's a lot of Checkers Restaurants out there, but this one is Really worth the Trip!!!

The only checkers I have ever seen with a sit down eating area. Most only have a drive through or walk up order window. Food was what you would expect from Checkers. Not bad at all. Good service.

Good food for lunchtime. The only thing wrong was homeless people taking advantage of a female. I am glad restaurant staff told the homeless person to leave. Otherwise.. exemplary service. I usually go to the Checkers on 59 and Pontiac Lake by Meijer.

Rundown and looks a mess from the outside. I only got fries and they were absolutely horrible. Tasted old and then refried. I don't think I'll be going here again. Staff was less than friendly.

Just like the slogan goes. Fast foodies know. Checkers has great food at low, low prices. With the 2 for $3, 2 for $4 or the $4 meal deal you just can't beat the quality for the price. Love Checkers.
