Someone stole my ebt info on June 12th. And spent $840 here. Called to ask them about this and they said they have no record of that. I cannot get my money back through ebt so I am filing a police report. Thanks for listening! You said they had my card. That’s funny considering it was in my wallet the whole time. So they had to manually put it in. And therefore you are required to have them show ID, it’s the law.

I bought some chicken thighs and they were very very small, someone don’t know how to cut up chicken. You don’t do people like that, I stop going to the markets and begin shopping at cheech’s , bad customer service. When I shop there I have transportation and when I get home and see what I was given I’m unable to get back there. I’m very disappointed .

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’m shocked and disappointed by your recent decision to charge a fee for debit card transactions. In a time where prices are already soaring, this additional fee feels like a blatant cash grab. It’s disheartening to see a business I once trusted resort to such a predatory practice.
What’s even more disappointing is the deceptive way you’ve implemented this fee. Instead of displaying it as a separate charge on the receipt, you’ve hidden it within the price of the food. Even with a sign on the counter, this is still a dishonest and disrespectful practice.
I urge you to reconsider this decision and prioritize customer satisfaction over profit.

It is a vibe. The employees are quick to ask do you need help. Let's just say it is a well oiled machine with quality and getting alot for, I feel, a reasonable price. Plus there are sales on the poultry. I went once but I will be going to get my poultry there from now on. OPTION THAT I NEVER KNEW EXISTED LIKE TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE AND MANY MORE .

Been going to Cheech's weekly for over a year, but lately the meat spoils within a few days, even with it getting vacuum sealed immediately when I get home. I'll probably still get chicken wings from time to time, but not going to risk it with ground chicken, turkey, or chicken breasts again.
One of the best places in Detroit to get all your meat and poultry. It’s right across from Eastern Market and there is free parking lot within 50 yards. The selection and quality of food are great. If you have questions and want to pursue the selection, avoid going on Saturdays because they are really busy!
