I’ve sat down and ate here and been a door dasher picking up food. All experiences were quite literally piss poor. You walk in and everyone walks past you for about 5-10 minutes before anyone actually says “one second someone will be right with you.” That’s not even the half of it.

Unfortunately this experience was not great. The staff was very unprofessional. The staff were swearing and eating food on the line. It was very disappointing and I don't know that I will be back to this Chili's.

I wish I could put 0 stars. We waited 10 minutes and nobody even came to our table to get our drink order. We got up and left. I understand you may have been short staffed but someone could have at least let us know that they'd be with us shortly.

I have never been to chilis but decided to order a pickup an online order during a busy day. Their online order site may need some work because after saying payment was not accepted it charged me multiple times. I pressed the pay when you get there. I went inside to pay and confront staff about my problem. The young man at the desk was VERY NICE, I payed with the same card and within the next few days the other charges were dropped. Moral of the story always check and maybe DONT ORDER ONLINE. The FOOD WAS GOOD NOT GREAT.
