It took longer than the 20 minutes wait time that we were told at first. People who clearly came in after us with more in their party than us were seated first. When our order was taken our appetizers were brought at nearly the same time as our main meal. Our drinks were not brought at the same time. My mother and I decided to have lunch at this location last saturday. The service was slow. My boneless wings came over cooked. We ended up taking our main meal to go. Also the restaurant was cold.

I have never been to chilis but decided to order a pickup an online order during a busy day. Their online order site may need some work because after saying payment was not accepted it charged me multiple times. I pressed the pay when you get there. I went inside to pay and confront staff about my problem. The young man at the desk was VERY NICE, I payed with the same card and within the next few days the other charges were dropped.
