Typical Chilis… every table was dirty and still had dirty dishes. The waitress said can’t sit in the one I chose… even though the sign said seat yourself. It wasn’t like it was late… before 8:00 pm when I walked in. But options were limited for what I hoped would be a warm meal. Typical Chilis… complete garbage… reminded me why I haven’t been to a Chilis in a long time. And why I won’t be back again!!!

I’ve eaten here twice in the last month and had excellent service! Fast and friendly! I love the Southwest Chicken Caesar and the Chicken Enchilada soup. Yes, the menu is limited but I think they chose something for everyone and it really helps them deliver food fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It is a very cramped space but otherwise, no complaints from me!

I have spent Christmas Eve and morning here, unintentionally, along with several other odd occasions, when en route from the east coast to Wisconsin. I won’t be doing that this year, but I still find myself thinking fondly on this comforting, welcoming place in an otherwise pleasant-but-sterile airport.

I ate here on Thursday morning, and although the place wasn’t busy, the staff seemed too busy doing anything else other than serving their customers. Pretty slow. Grill wasn’t working, so the menu was very limited. Soup of the day was pretty good.

I had an awful experience being served at the bar by Brittany. She seemed annoyed when I asked her for a take out box. She absolutely ignored me. I asked her if she heard me. Her response was “yeah” I said well you didn’t respond she rolled her eyes and said, “ Well I heard you”. As the CEO of a consulting company I know what it is to be an asset to your clients and your company. I would say Brittany is definitely not an asset. She needs to be retrained on the basics of good customer service.

She's nice, fun, efficient, gives great advice about margaritas, and makes sure you don't miss your flight a second time. Try to sit in her section if this matches your vibe. Both bartenders very rude. Can't ask them anything about the menu without a attitude. Most TV didn't work. First night of the NFL and more TV broke than working. Food was greasy and gross. Made the person traveling with me sick. Guess they figured they were the only place in that area of the airport to get a drink and a bite to eat so customer service isn't a priority to them. Place was also dirty and nasty. Waste of mineyans time.
