The food is whatever - the whole point of going to a Chili's at an airport is to get in and out as quick as possible, but that didn't happen here. It was at a table for 10 minutes before being given a menu and then a further 15 minutes just to get the beer I ordered. It was not busy. I had a beer and an order of fries, but I was in the restaurant for nearly 90 minutes. Sharing a review solely on the service I received for a few drinks from the bartender, Kim. After receiving HORRIBLE service and (leaving before even ordering) at Born In Detroit down the gate, Kim’s service was incredible and such a breath of fresh air. We had a delayed flight and just wanted one drink and to relax after a stressful flying day, and she was the only bartender that helped. Give her a raise please 👏🏻 she deserves it! Thank you Kim!
If I could give this place 10 starts I would, the combo plater was delicious, steak was flavorful and chicken was tender. Perfection. Service was fast and they made sure I made my flight. Extremely recommended.
