I don’t expect an airport Japanese restaurant to be great, but I’ve flown through Detroit enough that I remember when the Japanese restaurant wasn’t terrible. The sushi may be decent, but I had tempura udon, which was sad. I’ve never seen such thickly battered, floppy tempura. It was inedible. Ok ok. I know sushi at an airport in Detroit! Food was good but the service was awesome. Dawn was so fun and so cool with great recommendations. And it was t just her. I was watching the staff with other customers and everyone was having a great time. You gotta come see these girls. They are great!
Went in with low expectations... Was still disappointed.
The worst ramen I have ever had. Rainbow Roll came with brown avocado, and they could not even get the edamame right. Staff was friendly, but the food was god awful.
