I had the Mushroom/Swiss Burger with a Black Bean Patty. This is my "go to" item at Chili's and has long been a favorite of mine. They charged $3 extra for the Black Bean patty, and I would have been okay with that, but it was BADLY overcooked. I had to scrape off the top layer on one side of the patty to remove the burned area.

Ordered fajitas. This is the first time I ever had fajitas served lukewarm. It took 35 minutes for the food to be served. I had to eat quickly so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Also, they forgot to give me guacamole that I ordered. Very sub-par.

The ambience was awesome and inviting

The service was good too and the servers warm and friendly

However the food was not very good
Firstly there were no vegetarian and vegan options
We ordered nachos which came with beef chilli sauce on the side definitely tasted sad not good
I am a big fan of chili’s but definitely not the nachos
This is a Do not order dish...
