Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the worst Chipotles out here and you would think by it being downtown it would be held up better....it's 6:30pm on a Monday, don't close till 10pm. Half of everything on the menu is out (fountain drinks as well) no veggies, no cilantro, i asked if more veggies are coming up cashier said no, stale chips, queso coming out of a bag.. tables inside/outside are nasty food area behind the counter as well.... HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Quite possibly the worst Chipotle of all time.

The worst managed Chipotle I've ever seen. The line is inefficient and slow. They are always out of food by noon. Management needs to fix their broken system and better organize the staff.

Tried this location for the first time today because it’s closer to me vs the Allen park , I regret it to say the least . I was in front of a woman who came in after me and she was serviced before me because her first order was wrong , it took two ppl and at least ten minutes for them to service her as I stood there watching at least 4 others workers stand there doing nothing Then the white young guy with hair was very rude & got an attitude when I asked for Fresh chicken . The food was nasty & burnt and looks like it had been sitting all day won’t be back

I placed an order online and arrived at the store 15 minutes after the promised pickup time… not only was my order not ready but the store was COMPLETELY EMPTY I waited 20 minutes before going to the register to place my order onsite. The associate made my order and my online order STILL wasn’t ready when I walked out. They have two separate areas one for online orders and another for onsite orders, you’d think they’d have no excuse to be behind on online orders when there’s not a single customer in the store. The staff simply doesn’t care. The worst part is they’re downtown in a very busy area the excitement of them opening was gone within a month of them opening the doors what’s worse is the chipotle restaurant doesn’t seem to care to improve things.

There is a line almost to the door at 4p.m. and the employee is sweeping the floor while the food is exposed. 15 minutes go by and my break was over so I had to leave. The line did not move once. I've placed my order online to see if maybe I could avoid the horrible service, and nope.. came in 30 minutes after placing my order and still waited 54 minutes before it was ready. GOD FORBID YOU ASK ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER because they act like you ruined their day. This location sucks. The food is Chipotle, but the front staff is awful. Waited in line for over half an hour for a promo side of guacamole, only to be denied because I didn't use the app correctly. Food was overpriced and dry.

I did wait about 45 mins for my Togo order. However, everything was correct. My food was hot. I did not feel like I was being cheated on the portion sizes. The young lady and young man was KILLING it with those Togo orders. They kept us laughing so they wait was not bad. Downtown needs better parking but this is by far my favorite Chipotle. I will definitely be back again.

Late every time I order online without fail

I order my food through DoorDash. When my food arrived there wasn’t any silverware and they did not add my fajita veggies nor did they tell me that they were out of them.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
The staff works at a glacial pace. They are always out of half of the stuff. They keep making online orders even if 50 people are standing in the queue waiting tk order in store. I would never go to this place again

Horrible customer service, always joking around and they’re constantly running out of stuff.

Went to the downtown location a hour after opening and they had no guac, no lettuce, no chips and was running out of cheese! The cook didn't want to make anymore Al pastor chicken and had an attitude so I got regular chicken. The chicken was so bland and greasy. The bowl was distasteful. Very disappointed. I don't even want to go to this location anymore after today.
