While I was waiting in line to get my food, I watch the guy that makes the food wipe the back of his hand on his mouth with gloves on then finished making the bowl he was on then went to the cash register handled money physically took cash in his hands, then went back to try to make food without changing his gloves or washing hands. So I just left entirely for that reason alone because it was way too disgusting to watch somebody touch physical cash, then go touch the food.

From Takeout to Counter - the staff is always quick, courteous and very welcoming! I can see the management has had a personal touch in making this happen based on my interactions with them.

I don't typically write reviews for chains, but this location always has their stuff together! Organized, communicating with each other, the whole thing. They're truly the only Chipotle location in the metro that has it down.

I'm very disappointed I spent $19 on my DoorDash order I was very hesitant at first to order chipotle on door dash due to what I be hearing about it I don't understand how I ordered a bowl with white rice , black beans , corn salsa , medium green salsa and sour cream and cheese and I get 3 tacos that taste like it's been sitting out all day I had no choice but to eat it because I'm at work with nothing to eat this is ridiculous I've worked in food before there is no way you guys should be unprofessional and inconsiderate i would've been ok on waiting if you guys were out of stuff it just shows pure laziness and lack of consideration never returning to this location again please do better .

Terrible, slow, rude, lazy people that work here. There was a line of 30 people and a single person serving while 4 others just watched.

The counter staff were excellent! Fast. Customer service oriented. The back of the house? The guys on the hot line? Just one speed. Running out of everything? No veggies. No chicken. Either there’s bad training or bad management of the lunch rush. It happens every day. How come there are so many empty 1/3 size pans?

Came back 5 months later, STILL the kitchen doesn’t seem to keep up, and seems uncaring of the long line of patrons waiting for lettuce or meat(s) or other hotline items. And STILL no management response to these failures.

But WORSE? What’s one thing you can be sure of with Mexican chips? That they don’t bend! But our side order of chips was full of a blend, of fresh chips, old chips and way way stale chips that were BENDY! You don’t understand the concept of “fresh” if your chips are rubbery!

I deliver door dash and this chipotle wouldn’t allow me to wash my hands before delivering an order. They stated there’s “new policy” they clearly don’t respect their customers or this city. It’s also clear there don’t value hygiene and sanitation I won’t be eating there.

One of the worst Chipotles out here and you would think by it being downtown it would be held up better....it's 6:30pm on a Monday, don't close till 10pm. Half of everything on the menu is out (fountain drinks as well) no veggies, no cilantro, i asked if more veggies are coming up cashier said no, stale chips, queso coming out of a bag.. tables inside/outside are nasty food area behind the counter as well.... HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
