I did wait about 45 mins for my Togo order. However, everything was correct. My food was hot. I did not feel like I was being cheated on the portion sizes. The young lady and young man was KILLING it with those Togo orders. They kept us laughing so they wait was not bad. Downtown needs better parking but this is by far my favorite Chipotle. I will definitely be back again.

Food was 6/10. Out of town and really needed food. Only small drinks available. Asked for chips and queso. Told me I can get queso but they weren’t doing anymore chips. No explanation why.

The food was delicious. I love that Chipotle is now downtown Detroit. It was a great addition. Service was trash. I very well understand understaffed, but it's not the customer's fault, and that should never be persuaded that way. I mentioned n showed 4x that the online app was not allowing me to place an order online - when we just could've moved on to making my order.
