Church's Texas Chicken

Went as a Texas native to give it a try. The people from India working aren't just rude they try to ring you up for things you don't want. I went in for an 8 piece asked for a 3 biscuit add on ($2.79) and a regular fried okra ($3.79) they rang me up for a $26 meal with 2 large sides and 2 drinks telling me it's cheaper. It's not. I also didn't want any large sides just trying the okra. Ended up with chicken and biscuits because they didn't ring me up for okra. Food was really bland. Not Texas anything there because in Texas we season the chicken and the flour.

Not only did they not have most of the menu items, The food that we did receive was terrible. I have never had fried chicken or coleslaw taste like nothing. Literally no flavor. Not only that we went through the drive-through, and they forgot three of our items. It wasn't even worth the time to go back to get it.

Went in to order and nobody was in the front taking orders all the employees were in the back sitting around talking

Last night I was feeling hungry so I came here to get some food and they showed good attitude and they gave me fresh food and it made my night! Thank you!!!

Poor customer service, as others have said! There is one guy who has a bad attitude and talks over the customers. Food handling needs work as well as learning the language and the customs! People think when they come here from other countries they can just learn 3 words and run a business without learning the customs, and proper food handling and customer service skills--not so! They are also always out of macaroni! But the very next day they are selling it again til the same time the next day. So they must be preventing sales after a certain time, to avoid paying for extra shipments of macaroni. If this is a corporate spot they need to pay a visit!

First time using the app. I just got my food at 11:52 AM. The store is extremely clean and it’s empty. I do agree with the reviews I that they need to learn the English language. I was trying to ask him, when you order on the app yall don’t get the food ready so that when Customer gets here they can grab the food and go and he never answered the question because he couldn’t understand what I was asking. What’s the purpose of ordering on the app when you get there and the ticket is just sitting there and the store is empty no customers and you have to wait for your food to get ready.

I came here because I had a taste for chicken I went through the drive thru & some guy came over the intercom & rudely kept saying “yessssss” as if he were annoyed or something… I asked for & 8 pc family meal & asked how many sides comes with it & he said 1 side so I said ok let me have mac n cheese & before i could finish he said they don’t have mac n cheese… This is my 3rd time coming to this location & they never have mac n cheese I told him that & I said cancel the order I don’t want anything so as I was backing out of the drive thru i heard him say nooo ok ok we have mac n cheese… now what kind of foolishness is this? Playing games…in this economy it isn’t wise to play games because of laziness.. now I know they lie about food availability so i will no longer patronize them I instead went to kfc where I paid less & got 2 sides instead of 1. You guys need to do better.
