I ordered a 16pc meal mixed, I got home and had 10 legs, like where's the white meat. Drove back and he tried to give me more. I waited for fresh chicken to be dropped. They laugh and asked me to wait outside. They redropped my chicken and tried to give it back.

I got chicken only. I paid more because the deal I saw was online only. I went inside because there was a car stuck in the snow in the drive thru. Chicken was hot and fresh. Service was polite.

I encountered several issues during my visit. The food containers appeared dirty, and new products were placed directly on top of old ones. Additionally, the apple pie was missing icing for over a month. I also encountered limited customer interaction due to a language barrier. Furthermore, the store was unable to fulfill my online order despite advertising online ordering and promoting rewards.
