Terribly understaffed in the morning. There was only one person behind the counter taking orders, making drinks and sandwiches. The line did not move fast but fortunately for me, I had plenty of time to spare. Drip coffee was good (not bitter or acidic), a little weak, and a tad expensive. I did not get a sandwich but they looked delicious coming out of the toaster. If I had the time, I'd get a coffee here again, and sandwich too next time.
I hate leaving bad reviews but this coffee shop wasn’t great. The coffee tasted watered down. The muffin was good but went there for a pick me up before our flight back to California. Other than that the shop itself was very clean and tidy. The customer service was just ok. Hopefully they can train better baristas!

I said what? No. Backtrack. And then I asked how many shots were in the large — 4. So I switched my order to that. And then she still maybe added the extra shot but gave me the employee discount? Somehow I paid $9.33 for a large (?) iced Americano? Menu price...
