Decided to try this place after hearing about their unique take on the detroit coney island. Gotta say that Naga sauce is something special, it's so spicy but so tasty. And their chicken Tikka fried wings are so good. We ate in which wasn't too bad overall but definitely a good take out spot in my opinion. They are cooking up some tasty food in there, will return to try the egg rolls. Also, a great spot for late night food in detroit. They have that gyro over rice, and it's 24/7, also, Halal.

I ordered a corned beef sandwich recently, but it does not taste like corned beef at all. It was one of the most disgusting sandwiches I have ever had. I also ordered chili cheese fries, but they had no flavor and smelled weird.

When I placed my order it was wrong. But when I told the employee at 12 pm exactly they had no attitude or problem correcting the order!!!! Had a burger with fries and it was slapping!!! Never been to a coney with this good of service, also not my first time here there food is always good and fresh !!

Coney Star is a 5star restaurant, with so many option i absoluletely love it! i work late and this is my stop 5 days a week from breakfast to eggrolls to ny platters they are all great, they never miss no matter how busy it is. my favorite is everything on the breakfast menu, those crossaint egg n chz sandich is somerhing else also the new item tikka over rice is fire and must try.i been eating here for 6 month and still didnt try everything out of that huge menu. goodservice toooo!!!!

First off, I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt. This isn’t the first order that was terrible. Now I will not be ordering from them ever again. Food has little to none flavor, prices are incredibly way too high & the portions are small as ever. I asked for cheese in my egg roll this is what they gave me. It was dry, hard & I almost choked. My husband ordered a bacon cheese burger for $13 the burger was dry, bacon was burnt & no Flavor at all. Never again will I order or even point anyone in this direction!!!

Look how empty it is...didn't know I was paying $12 for a kids meal. Rice is clumpy, no flavor, and barely any food at that. Save your money, don't go here. Ridiculous.
The food is mid, the price is way too high. The guy messed up two of the sandwiches I paid for. I bring them back to be remade the fool threw one of them away and said he would only remake one??? And tried to get an attitude with me about it. Instead of beating him up, I won’t go here anymore. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

I was a regular customer but when I met this girl I’m just like I’m not coming anymore. This girl is racist and too biased. She behaved so rudely, disrespectfully, and spent so much time with her own ethnic people but didn’t even want to talk for 5min to others. So wired and cheap behavior.
