I am doing a shout out to the servers who were at all times, efficient, pleasant and friendly despite being understaffed. They came back at prooer intervals asking whether we needed anything and maintained smiles . Specifically, Tony the bartender and servers, Patrina, Latrice, Sabrina and many others. They are the reason I spend many hours over 9 days at Fuel.
My visit started off poorly with checkin. I had booked a king but was told none were available so I was provided a room with two doubles. With this large of a hotel and status with Bonvoy, I was surprised and inquired again. No I was told…every king had already been claimed. Wow, I checked in anyway. The drain in the bathroom sink needed a drain cleaner, dirt was left because of a slow drainage.The suppose to be white comforter needed Clorox.This is my favorite hotel to stay in downtown because it’s right on the water, please don’t let it go down hill!! However the customer service at the front desk is great!!!!!
