This was a very unique building depending on your view you could see the Michigan Central train station. Our server Kya was wonderful, super friendly, very attentive. The Calimar was was delicious. We ordered the fish and chips that were perfect. Best I've ever had. My son order the Mac and steak bites, steak bites were tender and tasty. The Mac was a spinach and feta sauce 😋. I HIGHLY recommend Cork & Gabel.
Visiting family, they brought me here for brunch.
I got the French toast, a side of eggs, and tried the vegan sausage since they didn't have turkey bacon or turkey sausage. The food was good, orange juice tasted fresh squeezed. I didn't love the coffee but that's OK, it still did the trick. I'm picky about my eggs and they were perfect.
Definitely will revisit.

Even better than I remembered from eating there a few years ago. Started with the pretzel appetizer, which was delicious & comes with two different cheese dipping sauces. For my entree I had the salmon. Cooked to perfection! It came with green beans & mashed potatoes & was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was helpful & attentive. Highly recommend!
