I celebrated NYE here and had a wonderful experience, danced til close! I was the last one there and the owner Anelia waited until my ride came. Such a historical and beautiful old place, thanks again everyone that contributed!!!
Really fun place in corktown to get a drink. It's self serve for beer/wine/seltzers, and you pay by the once, so you can try things out. They also have a full cocktail bar, which i assume is good, I haven't used it yet. They also have 2 seperate little restaurants that serve different foods. I've eaten at the Mexican place, it's really good. I've only gone there for trivia but they also have other games like duck pin bowling and darts.
Despite being self serve, the service was great. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. This is definitely my favorite place to drink in Corktown.

This place survives on leeching off of bands and DJs to bring them business. They provide no pay, promotion, door person....just a huge flight of stairs to climb, a terrible sound system, and they steal
your gear, and the employees might steal from gear from them. Wonderful system. I've personally known multiple bands with bad experiences who won't even think of playing there again. Excuses from the owner when you ask about your missing equipment, and then she accuses you instead. Unprofessional, so beware. Karma catches up....

I went here for my cousin's show, which was GREAT and the only reason this place even gets a review. There was no acknowledgment from the staff when we walked in, and they were late opening the place. Plus, in order to get a drink, you have to wait for 25 minutes or more. At least during our visit, the craziest part was that there were two people working. They are just slow and, I think, high as they hardly even notice there are people waiting for drinks as they make and drink their own. For sure would not EVER go here again unless it was to support someone outside of the people running the place.
Parking: There is free parking just not much of it and some other places use this lot as if it was their own

Came to see a band, boy you need to fix & clean up the upstairs, not enough seats, and those stairs you have to climb are a little dangerous! Why do you have a bar upstairs if you don't use it? Would have been nice so you didn't have to go up and down the stairs to get a drink.
Difficult to recommend this place. Only went there because a particular band was playing. Upstairs seating area is small and poorly laid out. Audio system was not good. Took a long time to get drinks because they were under-staffed. No food available so we got dinner at the Subway across the street.

My experience, amazing drinks but it's set up weird, downstairs is Corktown old town bar and upstairs is a urban night club
