Both me and my fiance are out of town and after eating we just took a walk downtown and found the Last Chance Saloon. The bartender Jase was very nice and knowledgeable about any kind of drink you would like. I couldn't drink because I had to drive back home that evening but he still said "well to show our appreciation of you being responsible let me make you some mocktails" and I thought that was really sweet because unless you know them personally bartenders don't do that. There are dive bars, and there are dive bars. This is neither. This is a SALOON.Last Chance is the latest by Detroit’s Optimist Society, so you KNOW it’s got something there.Imagine going back in time to hang out with your Grandad for happy hour after his shift on the line. It’s only missing the ashtrays and peanut shells on the floor, but it’s got all the solid drinks, good cheap beer and wise friendly bartenders any hard-working time traveler could ask for.

Great little bar with awesome bartenders. We stopped in for a drink while waiting for reservations at another restaurant. Good selection and good cocktails. Definitely will be going back!
