I’ve had a decent sampling of Detroit area taco trucks; plenty of them hit the spot, but the only one I crave is Coronado’s.
The birria consommé is a punch of flavor, quesabirria obviously the bomb.
Never in my life would I think to hype up a chicken quesadilla but, yup, they make chicken and melted cheese taste greater than the sum of its parts.
Salsas are all on point. Only thing I wouldn’t get again is the horchata, and that’s probably more...

They got the best tacos I’ve ever tasted. Real authentic Mexican tacos! I mean the asada/steak tacos were so good & they give you all these condiments like limes, cucumbers & jalapeños, the sauces! I mean everything was fresh & the packaging was handled with care. Their food is so freaking good I’m going back today & the rest of the week. 10/10.. I’m eating this every chance I get!!!

The BEST quesabirra I’ve ever had! I’ve had a many especially in southwest Detroit. But this is by far the best! The meat was seasoned and juicy. The consume was delicious very flavorful. The cheese pull was on point.
