Culver's is a pretty great place with great food and very good customer service. The food is always top quality and made-to-order fresh from the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and respectable, often going above and beyond. Customer service is amazing, with patient and kind staff. The location is well operated, with orders made correctly and everything fresh, without a very long wait. While there is typically great customer service, one experience noted a completely jacked up order to go, such as receiving a Coke Zero instead of regular Coke and a single Butter Burger with Bacon deluxe that was thrown together. However, most visits find it to be a favorite with very good food.
