Tyler is a stellar bartender, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was an absolute delight. The soft shell crab tacos are a great way to start your dining experience, don't forget a flight of their in house crafted beer or guest tap ciders. Perfect dinner date atmosphere. This is a Detroit must try!

We had the Creole pasta, absolutely delicious. Also enjoyed a flight of beer and a pint of their 1529 IPA. Will definitely recommend it to others. Great atmosphere and our server Billy was very friendly.

Stopped in after seeing a musical at the Opera House which is across the street. The staff was great, so friendly and the food was good. Reasonably priced. I would for sure go back if I was in the area

Tyler or as I will refer to him from here on out as T-Funk, is undoubtedly your best asset. He was overwhelmingly helpful with choosing our (basic) beers of choice and making our cocktails. Never met the guy before, but instantly made my wife and I feel as if we’ve known him for a life time and as if we were regulars for years. Cheers to T-Funk, and cheers to Detroit Beer Co. Ashlee is amazing as well.

Tyler was amazing! My husband and I were in from out of town and he explained all the different beers and talked us into ordering food even thought we were just their for drinks! Thank you Tyler and the awesome staff!

We actually went there to support one of the food pop up's, Mikey's Cocina. It was our first time there, the atmosphere was great, the staff was really nice, quick service, and the food was amazing! It was a great touch to have all kinds of games to play at the tables! It's a great place to go if you want to go out but don't have a babysitter, the kids will have a blast playing board games while you have a great drink!

Zack was extremely attentive and ensured my beer was never empty. Furthermore, the food was magnificent, and the manager Charlie even complimented my Lions attire (our seasons over, I'm still grieving). Nonetheless, highly recommend the establishment, the food, beer, and attentively aware team members.

We stopped in for lunch early on Sunday before the Detroit Lions playoff game. The place was popping! We were seated right away and our server was excellent. She gave us time and we never felt rushed. I tried the People Mover Porter to start and lover it. Great beer, nice flavors, no aftertaste. Really smooth drinking beer. We also had the Munich gold and Sour Series Cherry Pom. I was told they were both good! The Brewery pretzel was really nice, though at $11, a tad expensive. Thechicken wings were perfectly cooked, served crisp and hot. They had an interesting pepper flavor. The fried chicken sandwich was also excellent. Messy, but good! The Jambalaya was not really that good. Somewhat bland and tomatoey, loaded with sausage but lacking much else. I'd pass on this one next time. I will be back for the beer and the wings, and yes, even the pretzel!
