Love metro airport. Great access in and out. Fast moving. Great shops.
Tsa precheck is a must. The delta sky lounge was awesome with great breakfast and coffee (there's 4 total throughout the terminal)
Very low water facility
Excellent Customer service from the Delta Airlines counter. Three different delta employees were not able to help me with a missed flight. But then I found Justin at the Delta Airlines counter. Thank you Justin!! 💚
This airport it’s pretty big. Broh I walk like there no end. It has a lot of good food, I didn’t get the chance to eat but the smell was amazing (I just get Mc Donald) breakfast because I left my purse at my previous flight and guess what? My next plane left me… :(
Delta customer service was so nice they found me another flight but for next day without paying anything.
Pickup is atrocious.

I’m a diamond member for delta.. i always hate staying at this airport.. horrible service/. Always under construction… 10 min walk to a restroom. Might as well burn it down
Much easier than O'Hara Airport. Signage inside terminals could be better, especially if you need an Uber ride.

Might be a little too much going on for some. I have become more accustomed and experienced each time I have had to drop or pick family members up. Common courtesy and patience required.
McNamara Terminal, which seems to get nicer with time. I was in the area for gates in the high A60s and A70s. There are many tables with charging ports and enough of a shelf to eat. And multiple eating options, including Farmer's Fridge, which offers fresh, affordable, healthy food. (Look it up.) All very clean and appealing.
Nice airport very clean and organize and easy to get from point A-B-C definitely a nice one and a lot of good shops inside and good helpful staff.
Surprisingly easy-to-use and no problems
Considering its size, this is a pretty easy airport to navigate. It's just one lonnng hallway. The Delta terminal at least.
