Reasonably priced for coney island. Customer service reps are always pleasant. Sometimes people are sleeping in booths or hanging around the rear door it can be unpleasant at times.

Stopped for chili cheese fries and a Coney for my brother, on a late weekend night. It was busy, but there's plenty of seats to relax while you wait for your food. The portions are large, so you'll leave with a full tummy. I did. Tasty stuff too.

Food was much better than I expected, unfortunately it seems to be the place a lot of people go to beg or ask you if you can spare any money or a cigarette, I actually feel bad for the ladies that work there. They were doing a great job considering what they have to deal with. The people that were coming in there to eat were fine for the most part.
