No review, I just want to know if they have NFL ticket???
Horrible experience here! Go somewhere else like brass rail or literally anywhere else walking distance. Theres way too many bars in Detroit for a place to be so uptight

Disappointed that they closed and wasted our time/gas driving out here. They really need to update their maps. Unless they make a post about being open. Don’t waste your time.

Came here for a beer before the Lions game. Asked for two buckets, realized we only needed one. So I asked for one. Beers were not cracked open. No big deal. However, Bartender didn’t even fill the bucket with ice. Bartender got extremely mad at me for asking for one bucket. Sorry, I work in customer service and I wouldn’t get pissed at Customer if they change their mind. Very rude place. Would not return. I tipped 30% because I felt bad for the guy. Tired of the attitude at food establishments and lack of professionalism.

Came here on New Years Eve. The place was dead, but based on the reviews that was not surprising. We went in well aware of the bad reviews, but figured we could buy a drink and sit at a table. No way an experience that basic could be ruined right? Downtown was so loud and busy that I wouldn't have even minded waiting a few minutes for the bartender to notice and sell us a drink. We get the bar and are helped immediately. I order a beer and my wife orders a double vodka. They put two shots of Ciroc in it and charged $18 for the drink despite us asking for no such thing. It's New Years Eve, I get it, not going to fight with them about it. We go and sit down and not even 10 minutes later the other bartender walks up and accuses of of not paying. Walks back 2 minutes later and gets loud and makes a fuss. We held our ground and she backed off, but at that point we just slammed our drinks and left.Moral of this story? This place is hot garbage and should be avoided by everyone, even if you just want a cheap drink. This place needs to just quietly die and be replaced with a tenant that respects it's customers. There is no redeeming service this deceptive and awful, they are trained to do what they were doing on New Years Eve.
Arrived having checked the website to see what the menu and prices were like. Everything seemed reasonable so we went in. The bald guy (I didn’t get his name) behind the bar addressed us quickly and said we could sit anywhere. All good so far. We got given a menu that was quite different to what was on their website, which was confusing. So I asked him if this was a special menu since it was a college football day (it was called the game day menu), or if there was other things served too (as the website suggested) He didn’t seem to understand why I was asking this and patronisingly reiterated that “the only things we serve are on this menu”. Maybe don’t have a completely different menu online then! After that, he was quite polite and helpful while we were ordering. The food came out and it was good, chicken tenders and fries, and a grilled chicken pita. Quite tasty and fine for a sports bar. Having finished, I went to the bar to ask for the check and he said he’d bring it over. 15 minutes+ passed and we finally had to ask another server. Original guy then came over a couple mins later with our check. I reluctantly paid a 15% tip. I probably shouldn’t have, but it wasn’t a high bill. Please improve your service and update your website! I’d have been perfectly happy had you not patronised me and left us waiting ages to pay, just because you wanted to prioritise serving new customers.
Went there to watch a local Lions game. Multiple screens and not one in sync. Then in the middle of the game they turned up the music and you couldn’t hear the commentary any more. We asked them to turn the music down but they just turned the commentary up and then you couldn’t hear either. We gave up and went next door to The Brakeman and everything was up to par. Save some time and just don’t go there.

We were here for WWE Summerslam, and Buddy's next door was a 45 minute wait so we thought we'd try here since it only had a couple of tables going. Even though they had specialty drinks going we could not get them since the bartender wasn't there yet. The very friendly waitress took our order atthe bar. The place started to fill up, and eyt I hadn't seen ANY food come out. The waitress finally came over with our soda, and asked to be paid. I told her we hadn't eaten yet, but she insisted it was policy due to MANY walkouts. I begrudingly gave her $ 65.00 in cash for a $ 64.17 bill to which I never saw the chage or receipt again. Another 20 minutes go by, and the cook severed our meal - one meal short, not to mention we haven't had our appetizers yet. He apologized, and I followed him back to view the open kitchen. He put my sons burger on the grill which was empty. Folks, keep in mind this place was now half full with people who have had there orders taken already, and there is only one burger on the grill in a burger joint. 10 minutes go by, and the waitress delivered the burger, and say they were very sorry, and the manager who now just arrived would be over. The manager NEVER appeared. So in a wierd twist of fate, the food was VERY good. But as we left there was one other table with food, and the 2 cooks only had maybe 3 items cooking. The one cook was ancient, and the other seemed to really be enjoying Michigan's weed laws. Oh yeah, just as we were finishing our appetizers arrived. We should have waited at Buddy's for the 45 minutes.
Popped in for a quick drink after moving, customer service was excellent, everything we ordered was yummy and the drinks were
