The chicken was deformed, the chicken barely had any sauce, the garlic parm was soupy and the buffalo didn’t have any sauce. No flavor I’m sticking to the Eastpointe location sorry not sorry

Anytime you order from this place, they're extremely slow, and it seems overstaffed with wait times that far exceed the very regular taste of the food. I order the food in advance and then drove here myself and still say there was a 10 minute wait. This is probably the fourth time I've done this and will be the last time I can't. In good faith recommend people come here. Because considering the neighborhood being gross point, you would expect better service and better attentiveness. The place is also very cramped and does not leave a lot of room for spacious eating opportunities. The attitude of the workers leaves more to be desired. I just need operations to go better in general.

The man at the front counter is very rude says I can’t sit in the store to wait on my ride so I got up and went outside he then proceeded to come outside where I was at and told me I couldn’t sit outside in front of the store either smh idk if it was a race thing or what but I would save my money and not even come here.

Not impressed at all. We ordered 50 wings and part of our order was not included. Of course didn't find out until we got home and to make it even worse... It was our kids portion of the meal so I had a super hangry 4 and 9 year old while I was trying to scramble and find a substitute option for their dinner. Spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for the manager to get on the phone to determine how they were going to rectify the situation and they told me the GM would reach out the next day to help resolve everything. I waited for a phone call ALL DAY only to find out they just put a credit back to our account for the portion of the meal that was missed. I would've really appreciated a phone call like I was promised to discuss the situation and had the opportunity to explain how my first and LAST experience was. Poor customer service on the GM part. Absolutely not how I would like to have a company represented. The manager at the store was cordial, but did not sound professional at all. He made it seem like the situation was no big deal and was almost laughing the situation off like it's common. All I could think when speaking with him on the phone was that he was a teenager who was struggling with proper phone etiquette. He also proceeded to explain his personal issues within the company and swear into the conversation like it was a casual chat. Not at all professional in my opinion. Not only did we have the issue of the missing part of our order, but the food was not satisfactory at all. Horrible after taste on the wings. SO much breading and the wings were very chewy and tasted like rubber. I would not recommend and will not be coming back.
Ordered on line for a specific time on the website, they made it an hour earlier and would not remake the order for me, never agian
