It was my birthday dinner, and as excited I was to try the food,they ran out of food and didn't let the server know what they had and didn't have. When the orders were placed no one told us they ran out of certain things so as our food came we would find out what they had after waiting an hour just on the things we ordered. The experience was terrible. The only good thing was the server and you can tell she became annoyed because of the lack of communication between the cooks and servers. Very bad experience for the price I paid for my food.

We came out tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday, we were seated soon as we walked in. The server was nice, she took our order promptly. The calamari was cooked to perfection, my husband burger and fries were cold. When the waitress said she was gone have it remade they just reheated it, my lamb chops and mashed potatoes were just ok. The broccoli was iced cold and the brussel sprouts were nothing to write home about. It's not a must i come back.

I ordered the seafood omelet and it was not alot of seafood I tasted 1 shrimp and there was not alot of crab and lobster for $30. My potatoes had a cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese and grilled onions even though i asked for shredded cheese, green peppers and onions i only had onions. They don't offer toast my server said they were working on it. However my mimosas was food I paid $10 to add grand marnier it came in a carafe. If I do return it would be for the drinks and appetizers.

Every thing was ok except for the wait time was a little long...I put in a to go order with my original dine in order and still had to wait over a half hour for it. Our waitress was clocking out and the server who took over acted as if we were invisible

This was my first time experiencing District Seventy8 and have no intentions of ever returning. The service was severely lacking. I had to ask for silverware twice. Our server only touched base with us 1 time to ask for refills or reorders. Not only that, our food was coursed incorrectly. We received our entree’s before our starter even hit the table. It got to the point that I didn’t want to be here enjoying a nice meal with my partner.What made the whole experience even more disappointing was that a manager never once visited the table and when we found that an auto gratuity was included, I was furious. Once our check was paid, we quickly left this establishment and received a good bye from a hunched over, playing on her phone hostess.

Our server Steven was awesome. The food,dj,atmosphere, service & drinks was a 10/10 We went there for a friend's Birthday dinner. I had the Salmon, mash & spinach it's a must have, it was delicious ?

It was a birthday dinner prior to a show and the restaurant said they would send a plate with happy birthday. Nothing. Service very slow. Wine we ordered they were out of (minimal choices, lack of knowledge on substitute) Pre planning looking at menue.. we were getting the lamb.. and they were also out of that T 6:15pm. Bad vibe. ? Bad service. Also a heads up the automatically charge 20% in bill for tip.

Made reservations this past Sunday here with my husband at 4:45pm, the restaurant was not super busy but once we eventually got sat it took 10 mins for a server to greet us, once we placed our drink orders it took 20 mins for our drinks to arrive I ordered a mint and cucumber mojito that when it arrived all the ice has already melted - my husbands old fashioned was at least freshly made. We placed our food order which was the spicy chicken sandwich and burger, the food took a normal time to arrive but when it did my husbands chicken was burnt to a crisp so once the server did come back ( I needed ketchup and mustard which were about a 10 min wait to get) she offered to bring him a new one. While we waited for his new food, the table next to us was being cleared, the busser dropped a stack of glasses and glass flew everywhere including on me and my food. We mentioned this to the server that we no longer wanted the sandwich and were finished since we may be eating glass.. she did not offer to discount any of the food that had glass… and then of course the added gratuity. She was not able to print a receipt since that was broken so …terrible service all around and will absolutely not be back.

Our date night experience was amazing! The vibes were there, the ambiance was great and the music was a 10 out of 10. Our food was delicious and I waitress was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back for those lemon drops!

I absolutely LOVED walking in and being sat instead of waiting. Usually you have to wait at restaurants when you book a reservation. The Belle Island drink is definitely drink to get. I order the chicken Alfredo the food was cold & the chicken was seasoned but over cooked and dried out ?. There wasn't any season on the overall dish as a whole. My friend ordered the Brussels sprouts and they had an after taste and a smell to them. She also order the steak bites with the mash and broccolini. The broccolini was welted and not good but the overall vibe and service was beyond AMAZING! Unfortunately we had to go to the comedy show on Saturday night at 10:30p so we didn't want to cause any delays with sending food back and etc but I would say for the Alfredo please season it and ensure the chicken is juicy.

I visit during lunch hours. The bartender does not pay much attention to customers and there aren’t usually many of us. I’ve had the same lady the two times I’ve visited. She disappears a lot and is not attentive. She should check on the customers every now and then or at least make sure we have water available. If she’s busy, management should get her some help. The draft wasn’t working when I last visited. Huge bummer. The automatic 20% tip should be reevaluated because I’ve never received 20% tip service. My service didn’t warrant a 20% tip either time. The women’s bathroom (especially the floor) can use some bleach and scrubbing. It’s nasty. Beautiful atmosphere upstairs and a good Caesar salad—a little wilted at times, but I don’t think I’ll be back soon for lunch.

Who ever owns this place needs to be hands on because you have a very nice restaurant that you are letting your staff run it in the ground the food was cold and I looked under the table where I was sitting and it was filthy
