I visited District Seventy8 for the 1st time last weekend and came away impressed. The atmosphere was very hip and exciting. The staff was very attentive and took care of my group.

Such a Wonderful experience on Mothers Day!
Took my mom here and I absolutely was satisfied with our food, amazing SERVICE with staff and especially the Manager!!
He went over & beyond to accommodate us.

I’m a regular here by convenience as well as choice. Not sure if there’s anything on the menu I haven’t had, but their lamp chops, crabs cakes, and OYSTER ROCKEFELLER are out of this world. I can’t recall who my bartender was but she was a sweet one who happened to be very attentive to make sure my mocktail was absolutely perfect. These folks take care of their people and I will recommend every time!

Based on the reviews, 78 Social Detroit is a must-visit spot with great vibes, great food, and great energy. The staff is amazing, and the manager Brian is inviting and consistently checks on guests. The food is fire, with the best lamb ribs in the city and lamb chops that are on point. Other menu highlights include the crab rangoon egg rolls, which were wonderful, the BBQ wings that were crispy with fresh sauce, and the bang bang shrimp with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The Buffalo Mac, steak frties, and mama mucchi pasta are also mentioned as excellent. The drinks are good, with hand crafted cocktails available. The service is top notch, and the location is one block from all the stadiums, Gilmore, Coz, and Opera. The vibes are fun, with a DJ and music adding to the experience. This is a great spot for excellent service, clean surroundings, and an overall excellent experience. Highly recommended.
